1. Data Controller

Following the consultation of the website https://ioox.ai ("Site"), as a result of sending an email through the "Contact Us" section, personal data related to identified or identifiable persons ("Processing") may be processed. This document describes to users the methods of managing the Processing and also constitutes an information notice pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, Personal Data Protection Code ("Code") and Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 ("GDPR"). The Data Controller is IOOX.AI.

2. Processed Data

2.1. Navigation Data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. These are information that are not collected to be associated with identified subjects, but which by their very nature could allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The Site does not use cookies for the transmission of personal information, nor are so-called persistent cookies used, or systems for tracking users. The use of so-called session cookies (which are not persistently stored on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe and efficient exploration of the Site. Session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other computer techniques potentially prejudicial to the confidentiality of users' browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data of the user.

2.2. Data Provided Voluntarily by the User
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on the Site or communications sent using the "Contact Us" section, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in such communications.

3. Nature of the Data and Consequences of Refusal to Respond
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, which is necessary to allow users to properly use the Site, the subjects are free to provide their personal data to solicit the sending of a response from IOOX.AI. Failure to provide such data may result in the inability to obtain what is requested.

4. Processing Methods
Personal data are processed with manual, computerized and automated systems for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. The owner has adopted specific security measures to ensure that the Processing takes place in compliance with the Code, with particular regard to the prevention of data loss, illicit or incorrect uses or unauthorized access to databases.

5. Rights of the Data Subject
Users have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them and their communication in an intelligible form. The interested parties have the right to obtain the indication:
– of the content and origin of the personal data;
– of the purposes and methods of the Processing;
– of the logic applied to the processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
– of the identifying details of the owner and the managers;
– of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them, as managers or agents.
The interested parties also have the right to obtain:
– the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of the data;
– the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
– the certification that the operations referred to in the previous points have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
The interested parties have the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection.
To exercise these rights, users can write to the person responsible for responding to users' rights, by sending a communication to the following email address: privacy@ioox.ai, indicating in the subject "Privacy – exercise of rights pursuant to Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003".

6. Communication and Dissemination of Data
The personal data collected on the Site are not subject to disclosure or communication and will not be sold or transferred to third parties. In any case, the communication or dissemination of data requested, in accordance with the law, by police forces, judicial authorities, information and security bodies or other public subjects for the purposes of defense or security of the State or prevention, detection or repression of crimes is reserved.
